That being said the only true way to guarantee we do get another team is to support Miami FC. Good attendance for MFC matches certinaly wont hurt our quest for MLS.

If Claure doesn't want to support soccer in South Florida than screw him. Like it or not MLS is the top tier here, it's system has sustained the league and it's the best league the US has ever seen. Come on down Mr. Beckham!

As for MLS attendance numbers elsewhere, I'll let KC and San Jose slide because the capacity for their stadiums is just over 10K, but c'mon Dallas and Columbus gimme a break. Thanks Hunt family. Way to hitch your wagon to those cities... The Fusion would be entering their 13th season if they were lucky enough to be salvaged like some other teams were. You can bet South Florida would be getting more than 8,000 people for top tier pro soccer.Dereknoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4555793904561194926.post-40241446057632565382010-03-29T21:35:14.478-04:002010-03-29T21:35:14.478-04:00Miami FC only get that many fans because thats how...Miami FC only get that many fans because thats how many people know about Miami FC. They can't ignore the potential Miami has and will bring MLS soon with or without Miami FC's attendance. They are running out of pro-soccer cities in the USA, and even a few of the existing MLS teams are falling to the bottom (Dallas, Kansas City, and San Jose)... They will pull the plug on one if not all of those teams if they don't get their act together. They might move one of them to Miami, but as for "moving the stadium to Miami", how is that even possible? lol..
