Miami Soccer Festival, Miami Ultras and the Food Truck Invasion!

The Miami Soccer Festival will be this weekend Saturday July 30th and Sunday July 31st. It's a non profit soccer event. All net proceeds are distributed jointly by co-organizers ‘Soccer 5 Foundation’ and ‘Miami Dade Parks Foundation’ to promote more spaces to play soccer and more places to learn soccer within our community. We hope a lot of people will get behind it. www.miamisoccerfestival.org

Here is what you will be able to see and do:
*Meet Women's World Cup star and magicjack player Abby Wambach! She will be appearing at the festival, doing a coaching clinic with The Soccer 5 Academy and taking photos with fans on Sunday.
*Win a GoPro by taking part in the Miami Soccer Festival Crossbar Challenge
*The Fort Lauderdale Strikers will be present over the weekend. (They also play Saturday night at 7:30 PM at Lockhart Stadium in Fort Lauderdale)
*There will be a FIFA video game tournament on Saturday July 30th
*Listen out for us on Y100 where we have radio sports between 2pm-6pm over the next few days
*Tournament registration closes Thursday July 27 at 5pm - so REGISTER before it's too late
*Passback Initiative - They will be gathering used soccer gear and donating to places around the world - http://www.ussoccerfoundation.org/site/c.ipIQKXOvFoG/b.5438455/k.CCC2/Passback.htm
*Club Donations - All youth teams that enter 5v5 are eligible to receive club donations. For every team a club registers, they will receive a $35 donation back to assist with their own programs / running costs or however they would like to utilize it.
