The NASL, while busy planning for the 2011 season, was surprised by league member Rochester Rhinos’ announcement earlier this week that they plan to play at the USSF third division level (USL PRO) despite their multi-year commitment with the NASL. Will they finally announce they will be the Strikers?
Crystal Palace does not meet the financial requirements, so that only leave a Miami trip for 6 morons and a donkey.
can you post updates from the meeting?
Strikers FC jump to the MLS.
We will try to update once the meetings are over this afternoon. Be sure to go to the NASL site http://nasl.com/ for the latest information.
We will try to dig up whatever we can.
Screw the Rhinos, bring back the Cosmos!
By the way Uncle Ed, nasl.com is hardly the latest information.
Pinche NASL site no update... chingada madre!
No one answer Burrito's calls!
The sooner NASL is gone the sooner we can get MLS in either Miami or Fort Lauderdale. Traffic/NASL are ruining the market for MLS. The idea of a professional team playing at Tropical Park was always laughable. The moves to Lockhart and FIU both good venues came after the rot had set in. Besides both venues are suitable for an actual professional team, not a group of professional players paid by an amateur organization that couldn't even run a U-8 girls team properly. I say fire Traffic and NASL.
